How much of your day would you say is spent in meetings?

More than I would like to admit, probably. But it's good. It's important meetings. When we have meetings that waste everyone's time, we tend to cancel them. But most of the meetings that I'm in are with directors, leads, other producers, other leadership members. And we try to get our features out the door. We try to establish a better process. They're all valuable.
