It's pretty much one of the same technical blockers as the Hull C, on a wildly different scale, in that at the moment we can only have cargo grids inside a physics grid of a ship. Obviously the Mustang Alpha's is on the outside of the ship, and so is the Hull C's, and that system does not currently work when it's not inside the ship. So when we do the work for the Hull C, then the Alpha will get the same support.
