How is long-range scanning supposed to work? If this thing isn't loaded, if in your client universe it doesn't exist, how are you supposed to scan for it and discover it?

Well, even the likes of when Clive was mentioning how we decide if something streams out is based on how big it is on your screen. So if there's a Gladius that's 20 kilometers away, it's going to be one pixel on your screen. It can probably stream out, or if it's going to be less than a pixel it can stream out. There's some adjustments made to that for the likes of the radar, so the Gladius will be made to think it's bigger, because it needs to stay around, because although you can't see it, your radar can see it. So there needs to be some kind of adjustment there, so you're still able to get the up-to-date and the high-frequency updates to see where it is.
