Where are the terminals that allow us to pay off our damn fines?

Terminals to pay fines? They don't exist yet. At the moment, your fines are paid straight away, so it's a very quick debt collection. But moving forward, the terminals will come in, and they'll be in easy-to-access, fair places, things like rest stops, including Port Olisar, which is kind of a glorified rest stop, Lorville, Levski, places like that. So you can find them easily, and you won't be too harassed while you're trying to pay off your fines.
