What's the virtue of these trips? What can be done in person that can't just be done over the 7,000th Zoom call?

I mean, there's a lot of things that don't really transpire via Zoom. And I think there's a real value in sitting down face to face with someone. Like something that you can't do from 5,000 kilometers across an ocean. Team bonding and just... I don't know, it's just this vibe of getting shit done when you're right in front of someone.
