What are the minimum requirements for joining QA?asked by I'm Diab

TL;DRThe panel gives no strict minimum; QA is described as a great entry point, and they favor willingness to learn and passion over experience, even hiring someone with none.

QA is the starting point for so many people. We have lead producers who started as QA. We have directors who have started as QA. It's a wonderful entry point for almost any path.

Because there's less baggage and bad habits.

And is over it. Because there are a lot of those too.

Nicolas PainchaudAssistant Art Director, Turbulent Games

People that show passion. There are still good old wolves who still want to work and have this fire inside.

Oh, there's a ton of that too. I'm not generalizing, but...
