With the upcoming damage states on the Hornet, which are pretty neat, I was wondering about larger ships/capital ships.It sounds like a ton of work to do that detail of destruction for a little fighter, but can we expect a similar simulation on the Idris or Bengal Carrier?asked by Rasd

Yes, you can expect a similar level of bits breaking off and damage happening.We are concerned that doing it to the same level of fidelity that we have on something like the Hornet is obviously a lot of work on a ship that's a kilometer in size, and so we actually have some R&D tasks there that we're gonna do a combination of some procedural, as you hit paneling it gets deformed, and then breaking off chunks. And I think it's gonna be pretty spectacular.
